Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions

• The item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with all tags attached
• You have contacted us first at info@lovequeen.co.jp within 7 days of delivery and received our approval

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Please use a tracked service. Original shipping fees, and any import duties or taxes paid on delivery, are not refundable.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery. We will exchange or refund it at our expense.

We cannot accept

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
• Items sent back without contacting us first

Refunds

Once the returned item has arrived and been checked, the item price is refunded to your original payment method. Timing depends on your card issuer or payment provider and may take several days to appear.
